+How many guests can stay in one house?
Each two-bedroom house sleeps up to five guests, with one queen bed, two twin beds and a sofa bed in the living room.
+Does the residence have a balcony or terrace?
Yes. Depending on the unit, the houses have a balcony, a patio, a terrace or a private garden area with outdoor furniture and an outdoor dining space.
+What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 16:30 to 22:00 and check-out is between 10:00 and 11:00. Please let the property know your expected arrival time in advance.
+How far is the beach?
La Cinta beach is about 2.5 km away and can be reached on foot in roughly twenty minutes. Cala d'Ambra is 3.2 km away and Isuledda 4 km.
+Is parking available?
Yes, free private parking is available on site and no reservation is needed.
+Is breakfast served, and is there a restaurant, pool or spa?
The residence is self-catering, so there is no breakfast service, restaurant, swimming pool or spa. Each house has its own fully equipped kitchen, and the restaurants of San Teodoro are a short walk away.
+Are pets allowed?
Pets are allowed on request and charges may apply, so please mention your pet when you reserve.
+How do payments and the deposit work?
Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required and the property will contact you after booking with instructions. On site the property accepts cash only, and a refundable damage deposit of 200 EUR is collected in cash on arrival and returned at check-out after an inspection.
+Is the residence suitable for families?
Yes. The houses are spacious, quiet and surrounded by greenery, cribs and extra beds are available free of charge on request for younger children, and children of all ages are welcome.
+Is there WiFi?
WiFi is available in the public areas of the residence free of charge.
