Everything at Residence Edilmare is arranged so that guests can live independently and comfortably, with free private parking, free WiFi in the public areas, non-smoking houses and barbecue facilities among the most appreciated features.
Kitchen and laundry
Each holiday home has a private kitchen or kitchenette with a dining table, stovetop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, kitchenware and cleaning products, as well as a washing machine, a drying rack and a clothes rack for longer stays.
Bedrooms and living area
The bedrooms come with linens, a wardrobe or closet and sockets near the bed, while the living area offers a sofa, a sofa bed, a seating corner with a flat-screen TV, tiled floors, a fan, heating and air conditioning.
Bathroom
Every house has a private bathroom with a shower, toilet, bidet, hairdryer, toilet paper and cleaning essentials, with towels and sheets available for an extra fee.
Outdoors
The residence is surrounded by gardens and quiet green spaces, with a terrace, patio, outdoor furniture, an outdoor dining area and barbecue facilities, plus garden and inner courtyard views from the houses.
Parking, internet and services
Free private parking is available on site without reservation, WiFi is free in the public areas, luggage storage is offered and invoices can be provided on request.
Practical details
The houses are non-smoking and equipped with fire extinguishers and a carbon monoxide detector, pets are allowed on request with possible charges, and the team speaks English, French and Italian.
