House rules
Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 16:30 to 22:00 and check-out between 10:00 and 11:00. Please inform the property of your expected arrival time in advance.
Payment and deposit
Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required and the property will contact you after booking with instructions. On site only cash is accepted, and a refundable damage deposit of 200 EUR is collected in cash on arrival and refunded in full at check-out after an inspection of the property.
Children and beds
Children of all ages are welcome, and children aged 12 and above are charged as adults. Cribs and extra beds are free on request for children up to 5 years, subject to availability and to the accommodation chosen.
Quiet, parties and smoking
Quiet hours are between 00:00 and 07:00, parties and events are not allowed, the property does not accommodate bachelor or similar parties, and all houses are non-smoking. The minimum age for check-in is 18.
Pets
Pets are allowed on request and charges may apply.
